It 'hard enough to figure out what to do for dinner every night, not to mention trying to please picky kids. Make that two picky kids! We have one that is a really good eater and one who changes his mind what he likes almost every day, sometimes every meal. Through a process and not errors, but I found several dinners that both infants and dad eat without discomfort. Do not be afraid for the younger children to try new things ... Who knew my kidsLove canned salmon! Salmon patties are now one of their favorite dishes.
Corned Beef Hash
6 medium potatoes
C. 1 Chopped onion
1 can corned beef
Wash and peel the potatoes. Put the potatoes in a large skillet. While potatoes cook, heat the onions and brown in butter in a large skillet. Add corned beef and stir until they are lightly browned. Stir in cooked potatoes, stirring, until the potatoes are desired consistency. Serve with green beans and dinnerRoles.
Chicken soup and rice
2-3 chicken breast fillets
C. 1 Carrots, chopped
C. 1 Chopped onion
1 box of rice seasoned with herbs mix
1 can chicken or cream of mushroom soup
Cook the chicken breasts in about 6 c. Water. Add some 'chicken broth for more flavor. Remove the chicken from the pan and cut into small pieces again with onions, carrots, rice and mix (with spices) pan. You can also add some mushrooms if you like. If the carrots are soft addSoup and stir until heated through. Serve with crackers or goldfish crackers and jelly finger.
Salmon Patties
1 can Salmon
2 eggs
1 / 2 c. Chopped onion
1 / 2 c. Bread crumbs or saltine
Salt and pepper
Drain salmon and remove any bones. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Form mixture into meatballs and fry the salmon in a hot pan with a little 'of vegetable oil. Brown on both sides. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes;Canned fruits.
Tater Tot Casserole Easy
Tater Tots 1 bag frozen
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 / 2 soup can of milk
C. 1 cheddar cheese, grated
Pour into 13x9x2-in Tater Tots. Baking dish. Brown leaves hamburger, drain. Tater tots pay of burger. Heat soup and milk, pour over tater smaller and burgers. Heat in oven at 350 degrees until it bubbles and browns slightly. Top with grated cheese and baked until the cheese melted.Serve with corn and applesauce.
